Interventions

Test group B:Trial group B was treated with muscle energy technology on the basis of control group
Test group A:Test group A was treated with fascia release technology combined with muscle energy technology on the basis of control group
Control group:The control group was treated with core stability training, breathing training and postural adjustment training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Referring to the relevant diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Chiropractic" and the "Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Low Back Pain", postpartum pain in the lower back, buttocks and lower limbs; 2. Be between 22-50 years old; 3. Duration of recurrent pain >=3 months; 4. No history of low back pain before childbirth; 5. Not receiving drugs and other related treatments after giving birth; 6. No more than 1 year after giving birth; 7. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score>=3 points; 8. Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of pre-pregnancy lumbosacral and pelvic girdle fracture surgery; 2. Patients with spine-related diseases such as intervertebral disc lesions, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis, spinous process deformity, etc.; 3. Patients with low back pain caused by rheumatic diseases, gynecological diseases and other systemic diseases; 4. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and nervous system diseases; 5. Those with mental abnormalities who are unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 6. Those who have used drugs that affect pain after delivery; 7. Patients who are being treated with other therapies.
