Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=18 years; The clinical diagnosis is consistent with intervertebral disc herniation at the cervicothoracic junction; Signed written informed consent; Able and willing to attend all trial evaluations and visits as directed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant; Patients with acute infectious or non-infectious ocular disease of any anterior or posterior segment of the eye in either eye; History of previous intraocular or corneal surgery; Patients with thin corneal stromal thickness; Scar constitution, diabetes, collagen diseases, etc. may affect corneal wound healing; Systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis, which can easily cause corneal lysis after surgery; Any condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
