Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients diagnosed by more than or equal to 2 specialists with intermediate or higher professional titles, who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; 2. Age between 13-18 years old, male or female not limited; 3. Medication selection: relatively stable SSRI drugs within the therapeutic dose range, (right) zopiclone; 4. The informed consent form shall be signed by the patient's legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1Diseases that cause increased intracranial pressure: encephalitis, brain tumors, and cerebral aneurysms; 2Presence of cognitive impairment such as neurodevelopmental disorders or secondary dementia; 3Comorbid other psychiatric disorders; 4Those who are allergic to anesthetics and muscle relaxants; 5Physiotherapy such as MECT and/or repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation within the past 1 month; 6There is a metal implant in the skull and a metal substance in or near the head that cannot be removed; 7Presence of substance dependence or abuse.
