Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) He is over 18 years old and has signed an informed consent form; 2) Need to take dual antiplatelet drugs (aspirin+clopidogrel), and have taken them for more than 5-7 days before the platelet aggregation rate test; 3) Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hemodynamic instability; 2) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, suspected or diagnosed as malignant tumor and being treated, severe infection, HIV/AIDS; 3) History of hematological diseases or bleeding tendency, history of surgery within half a year, and hemorrhagic diseases (such as upper gastrointestinal bleeding and cerebral hemorrhage) diagnosed within half a year; 4) Platelet count exceeds the normal range ; 5) Refuse to sign the informed consent.
