18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) national level 2 or higher competitive status (2) engagement in regular judo training (3) medal-winning performance in provincial or national competitions and (4) active competitive status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of serious injury or illness (2) history of relevant familial genetic diseases including renal pulmonary cardiovascular and hepatic disorders and (3) use of prohibited substances.
