Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: The serum ANCA of the patients was detected by ELISA, and all of them were MPO-ANCA-positive according to the specific target antigen classification. The diagnostic criteria were strictly based on the criteria of the 2012 ChapelHill International Conference on Vasculitis Nomenclature, which was supplemented in 2018. Healthy group: The health examination of the health examination randomly selected from the physical examination center of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital matches the gender and age of the case control group, and excludes those with a recent history of infection, medication and surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary vasculitis; patients with recent infections, medications, tumors; other autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
