Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of congenital heart disease upon admission and surgical treatment; 2. The age of the patient ranges from 5 to 12 years old; 3.Evaluate the stability of vital signs such as the circulatory system, respiratory system, and nervous system 24 hours after surgery; 4.Postoperative 24-hour assessment of TSK-SV Heart score>37 points; 5.Normal binocular vision; 6.The child or their family voluntarily signs an informed consent form; 7.The child and their primary caregiver have normal cognitive function and are able to communicate effectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tracheotomy, continuous renal replacement therapy , extracorporeal membrane oxygenation , and intra aortic balloon pump treatment methods performed within 24 hours after surgery have not yet stabilized; 2. Postoperative complications such as delayed closure of the chest, unstable fractures, cerebral hemorrhage, uncontrolled active bleeding, etc;
