Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18 years and above, gender is not limited. 2)Teeth are eligible for extraction, including teeth that required extraction due to deep caries or orthodontic treatment, third molars, etc. Tooth location is not limited. 3)The root apical development is completed. 4)Patients are willing to give the extracted teeth for histopathologic observation after knowledge. 5)X-rays show that the periodontal membrane of the affected tooth is clearly continuous or only mildly widened, there is no periapical lesion (PAI index 1 or 2), no internal and external root absorption of the tooth, no root fracture, and no obvious calcification of the pulp cavity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)The patient has infectious diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, syphilis, etc. 2)The affected tooth is incompletely extracted due to root fracture or requirement remove the tooth crown for reducing resistance.
