Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recruiting adolescents aged 10-19 years who were diagnosed with depression according to DSM-V criteria at the Shandong Provincial Mental Health Center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of other mental diseases such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; (2) a history of head trauma; (3) severe chronic conditions, such as hypertension or diabetes; (4) severe systemic somatic diseases; (5) a history of substance abuse or drug dependence; (6) significant abnormalities in routine medical examination (including hepatic function test, biochemical examinations of blood components, and routine blood test); (7) lactating or pregnant women, or those planning to conceive; (8) intolerance to rTMS; (9) poor treatment compliance.
