Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliant with the diagnostic criteria and staging for stage III pressure ulcers as outlined in the *2019 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Ulcers/Pressure Injuries: Clinical Practice Guidelines*. 2. Informed consent obtained from the patient and/or their family members, voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical conditions who are unable to cooperate with repositioning. 2. Patients who are transferred to another hospital or discharged against medical advice.
