Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80; 2. Persistent atrial fibrillation; 3. No history of atrial fibrillation/ablation; 4. No contraindications for radiofrequency ablation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.EF 280ms; 5.LAD > 50mm. 6. Left atrial or left auricular thrombus; 7. Use other antiarrhythmic drugs in combination; 8. Severe liver or kidney damage (ALT=3ULN or eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m2) 9. Abnormal thyroid function; 10. History of iodine allergy; 11. History of diffuse pulmonary interstitial fibrosis; 12. Patients with severe hypotension; 13. Pregnancy and lactation; 14. Reluctance to continue current medication during the study period; 15. Life expectancy is less than 12 months.
