Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-60 years old, ASA class I-II, cardiac function class I-II, liver and lung function without obvious abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with anaemia (Hb30kg/m^2, severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiac function abnormality; severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease patients; patients with neck surgery or unclear ultrasound imaging were excluded.
