Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the stroke group were. 120 patients with ischemic stroke in the acute phase to be included. 1. have acute symptoms of neurological deficit, clinical and imaging tests that define ischemic cerebral infarction or meet the diagnosis of TIA based on medical history; 2. were able to cooperate in completing scale assessments: e.g., NIHSS, Modified Rankin Scale, BI index, etc. Inclusion criteria for the control group: Healthy controls matched for age, gender, and education, totaling 60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cranial MRI showing intracranial space-occupying lesions; 2.Unstable vital signs, severe impairment of consciousness, or combined multi-organ dysfunction during admission; 3. A previous history of other neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4. Previous history of tumor; 5. History of surgery within the last three months; 6. Use of ordinary heparin or low molecular heparin within the last month; 7. Recurrence of cerebral infarction or other neurological diseases during follow-up.
