Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 12 and 20 years, who meet the SCID-I/P diagnostic criteria for mood disorders, including monophasic and bipolar, first-time patients receiving treatment, and refractory patients, eligible to participate in this study if they are able to comprehend and complete the scale, and both the subjects and their guardians understand and voluntarily agree to participate, having signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have experienced mental retardation in the past, organic diseases of the brain, and infectious diseases of the central nervous system, as well as those suffering from schizophrenia, should not participate in clinical trials or intervention studies involving other drugs.
