Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for participants in the experimental group: (1) When the patient is admitted to the hospital or treated, the medical history of the patient is collected by the competent doctor or outpatient doctor, and it is found that there is self-injury behavior in the past 3 years; 2 2 The age should be between 12 and 18 years old; 3 No antidepressants, antipsychotics or anxiolytics were used in the past and one week before admission; 4 It is necessary to exclude patients suffering from serious physical diseases, such as mental disorders caused by physical diseases, mental disorders related to encephalopathy, mental disorders caused by substance abuse and addiction, schizophrenia and rigid dyskinesia, including mental retardation, generalized developmental disorders, tic disorders, etc. ? Must have independent reading comprehension ability and be willing to cooperate and participate in the investigation. Criteria for participants in the control group: 1 Self-injury and suicide behaviors were screened by self-injury behavior scale; 2 The age should be between 12 and 18 years old (the age structure ratio should match the experimental group); 3 Never used any antidepressants, antipsychotics or anxiolytics before; 4 Never diagnosed any mental illness or serious physical illness before, and have no history of alcohol and psychoactive substance abuse in the last three months; 5 Must have independent reading comprehension ability and be willing to cooperate and participate in the investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Have a history of brain organic diseases, serious physical diseases, craniocerebral trauma or injury; 2 Other neurological and mental diseases such as neurodevelopmental disorder, schizophrenia pedigree and neurocognitive disorder; 3 Have a history of alcohol or substance abuse and drug abuse; 4 Not able to read and write independently.
