Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The attending physician or above diagnosed epilepsy according to the ILAE-2017 diagnostic criteria, and was reviewed and confirmed by the neurology specialist among the members of the project team. Idiopathic or secondary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (GTCS/sGTCS) seizures (GTCS/sGTCS) seizures during long-range video EEG monitoring with complete data; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CT or MRI of the brain shows intracranial mass or destructive lesions; Those who cannot tolerate MRI examination; Pregnant woman; Comorbid with significant medical illness.
