18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Partial hepatic resection due to hepatoma; 2) agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 3) Age>=18 years; 4) ASA classification<=III grade; 5) Child-Pugh Grade A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with serious comorbidities such as cardiopulmonary systemic diseases, cerebral systemic diseases or renal insufficiency; 2) Patients with leukopenia; 3) Patients with a history of allergy to the drugs used in this study; 4) Patients with Abnormal coagulation function; 5) Patients who refused or were unable to cooperate with the study; 6) Patients enrolled in other studies within 30 days.
