Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery, ASA grade I or II., age 1~6 years, gender is not limited, body mass index is 13~20kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 2. Anemia, malnutrition, abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe cardiovascular disease; 4. Persons with intellectual disabilities; 5. Have neuropsychiatric diseases; 6. History of allergy to anesthetic drugs; 7. History of taking sedative-hypnotic drugs.
