18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who attend and are hospitalized in the reproductive andrology clinic of our hospital; 2.patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for azoospermia and oligospermia; 3.couples with no abnormal reproductive function have difficulties in sperm extraction, ejaculation difficulties, retrograde ejaculation and other patients requiring percutaneous testicular puncture in outpatient clinics; 4.patients who agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with serious systemic diseases or infectious diseases; 2.patients who do not agree to participate in the study; 3.patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
