Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Understand the study and sign the informed consent form 2: Meets ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for patients with monophasic depression 3: Primary school and above 4: Age 18-65
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Other severe mental disorders and organic brain damage, presence of agitation or delirium, substance abuse, alcohol or drug dependence and uncooperative; 2: Currently suffering from a serious and unstable physical illness, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, etc. 3: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning a pregnancy; 4: patient who cannot take medication as prescribed by a doctor; 5: Shift work currently exists; 6: Drugs affecting endogenous cortisol and glucose-lipid related medications in the month prior to enrollment; 7: Electroconvulsive therapy within 3 months.
