Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It met the criteria of coronary heart disease in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases, and was confirmed by imaging. 2.All patients underwent 24-hour Holter electrocardiogram and VLP examination. 3.His condition was stable, with stable physical signs. 4.Thinking is normal, can communicate and exchange. 5.Complete clinical data are available. 6.Age was between 45 and 75 years. 7.The body mass index was between 18.45 and 25.87kg/m^2. 8.The disease course ranged between 2 and 6 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cognitive and audio-visual impairments. 2. Patients with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and other types of heart disease. 3. Those with contraindications to 24-hour Holter electrocardiogram and VLP examination. 4. Patients with infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and endocrine diseases. 5. People with mental illness. 6. Those with organic damage to the brain, kidneys and other organs.
