Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly people aged 45-75 years old; 2. Patients with essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus or chronic shoulder pain with shoulder pain for more than 3 months; 3. No other cardiovascular diseases and complications; 4. No physical joint injury or movement disorder, or previous history and family history of mental illness; 5. Able to read and fill in and answer questionnaires by themselves; 6. Voluntarily participate in the wood experiment, and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 75 years old; 2. Those who do not have essential hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus or chronic shoulder pain and shoulder pain for more than 3 months; 3. Suffering from other cardiovascular diseases, as well as complications; 4. Those with physical joint injury or movement disorder or previous history and family history of mental illness; 5. Unable to read and fill in and answer the questionnaire by themselves; 6. Involuntary participation in this experiment, not agreeing to sign the informed consent form.
