Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.the group of cervical disc herniation: Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of the expert consensus on cervical spondylosis, cervical MRI shows intervertebral disc protrusion, compressing the nerve and the symptoms and signs are consistent with the involved nerve; the group of healthy cervical spine : Cervical magnetic resonance imaging indicates no obvious abnormalities. 2.the group of cervical disc herniation: Aged over 18 years old and under 45 years old; the group of healthy cervical spine : Aged over 18 years old and under 45 years old; 3.the group of cervical disc herniation: female; the group of healthy cervical spine : female;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.the group of cervical disc herniation: History of cervical spine surgery; the group of healthy cervical spine : History of cervical spine surgery; 2.the group of cervical disc herniation: Spondylolisthesis of the cervical spine; the group of healthy cervical spine : Spondylolisthesis of the cervical spine; 3.the group of cervical disc herniation: Cervical scoliosis; the group of healthy cervical spine : Cervical scoliosis; 4.the group of cervical disc herniation: Congenital torticollis; the group of healthy cervical spine : Congenital torticollis; 5.the group of cervical disc herniation: Neurofiber schwannomas; the group of healthy cervical spine : Neurofiber schwannomas;
