Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RP) under general anesthesia. Age>=65 years. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification is Class I-III. Clear consciousness and normal communication skills. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acupuncture point infection. In patients with cognitive impairment, the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 15. Diagnosis of dementia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV. History of treatment for alcohol, drug dependence, or psychiatric illness within the past 6 months. History of structural brain lesions that may lead to cognitive impairment. Concurrent participation in other clinical trials. Difficulty in assessment due to visual and hearing impairment.
