Inclusion criteria: 1.Age at delivery = 18 years; 2.Voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined organic lesions of the urinary and reproductive systems; 2.Combined heart, liver and other important system function abnormalities; 3.Persons with comorbid mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate with follow-up visits;
