Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer confirmed by pathology; 2. Progressive gastric cancer with no distant metastasis (>=T2, M0) confirmed by AJCC 8th edition TNM staging; 3. Radical resection + D2 lymph node dissection with R0 resection (no tumor residue at the margin); 4. >=15 lymph nodes examined; 5. Abdominal spectral CT scanning performed within 2 weeks prior to surgery, with complete spectral CT data preserved; 6. Complete preoperative baseline clinical data, postoperative pathology data and gastric cancer tissue genetic data; 7. Complete postoperative follow-up for at least 2 years or follow-up of less than 2 years with recurrence endpoint event, with complete follow-up information; 8. For additional patients enrolled from TCGA and The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA), both spectral CT images, clinical and pathologic data, and gastric cancer transcriptome sequencing data are required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of recurrence followed by resection; 2. Malignant tumors of other organs in addition to gastric cancer; 3. Postoperative pathology confirming the presence of other gastric tumors; 4. Any preoperative interventional therapeutic measures against AGC; 5. Poor quality of spectral CT images, obvious artifacts or poor gastric filling.
