Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing tonsillectomy with total intravenous general anesthesia between December 2023 and December 2024 Inclusion criteria (need to meet all the following entries) 1 Age: 5-12 years old, any gender; 2Body mass index (BMI): 14kg/m^2=28kg/m^2 3ASA anesthesia classification ?-?; 4No previous history of anesthesia surgery; 5 No previous history of epilepsy and asthma; 6Elective surgical patients undergoing total intravenous induction of anesthesia; 7 Anticipated anesthesia procedure time < 120 min; 8Children without chronic neurologic or psychiatric diseases and able to express their wishes correctly; 9No history of previous head trauma or motion sickness; 10No children with a history of taking long-term sedative and analgesic drugs or monoamine oxidase inhibitors; 11Those who have not participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the last 1 month 12 Parents or legal guardians of the child signing an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1Unpredictable difficult airway was found after induction of anesthesia; 2Analgesic and sedative drugs, antiemetic drugs and antipruritic drugs were made in the 24h before the operation; 3Children with body temperature higher than 38°C or with symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection in the 24h prior to surgery;
