Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary PD patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease formulated by the British Parkinson Society Brain Bank [1]; 1.b. age <80 years old; 2.c. Mini-Mental State Examination =24; 3.d. History of head injury and psychiatric history were excluded. 2. The diagnosis of MSA patients was in accordance with the corresponding diagnostic criteria in the Second International Expert Consensus on Diagnosis in 2008 [2] and the Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnostic Criteria for MSA in 2017 [3]. 3. The diagnosis of DLB patients was in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of DLB International Research Collaboration Group "Diagnosis and treatment of Dementia with Lewy bodies: the Fourth Consensus Report of DLB Consortium" [4] in 2017. (4) The normal controls had no known psychiatric or neurological diseases, and had no complaints of movement disorder, memory disorder, or cognitive decline. 5. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. 6. The subjects promised to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.a. Complicated with cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection and other nervous system diseases, with a history of brain trauma; 2.b. Combined with severe primary diseases of the liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or abnormal liver function, AST and ALT greater than 1.5 times of the normal value, creatinine greater than the upper limit of the normal value; 3.c. cancer in the past 10 years; 4.d. Persons with a history of substance, drug or alcohol abuse; 5.e. mental and behavioral abnormalities; 6.f. Inability to complete the follow-up examination; 7.g. Inability to cooperate with specimen collection;
