18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants must have stable vital signs be conscious and free from cognitive impairments. 2)Ages range from 18 to 60 years old who can able to understand the language and willing to cooperate; 3)Must have a chronic low back pain duration of >=3 months or an intermittent low back pain total duration of >=3 months within the past 6 months; 4)No accompanying lower limb radiating pain no compression symptoms of the nerve roots (such as significant muscle weakness obvious sensory disturbances etc.); 5)Imaging studies show no abnormalities; 6)Will not change the type of medication currently in use during the study period; 7)Have not recently undergone spinal stability training or strength training exercises;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with a history of intellectual disabilities; 2)Individuals with a history of mental illness or long-term use of sedatives; 3)Individuals with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4)Low back pain caused by visceral diseases; 5)Recently underwent core stability training; 6)Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score (ranging from 1 to 10) exceeds 8 points; 7)Individuals with severe heart liver kidney or lung dysfunction tumors pregnant women postoperative functional impairments; 8)Diseases related to the musculoskeletal system such as severe arthritis osseous spinal stenosis ankylosing spondylitis fractures dislocations structural abnormalities etc. 9)No vigorous exercise within 24 hours before the test; 10)Underlying skin diseases ulcers or open wounds; 11)Chlorine allergy; 12)Water-related anxiety or inability to adapt to aquatic environments; 13)Urinary or fecal incontinence; 14)Anyone who meets any of the above criteria shall not be included in the experiment.
