Partial nephrectomy group:Routinely perform partial nephrectomy
Renal sympathetic denervation+partial nephrectomy group:The patient underwent renal sympathectomy concurrently with performing partial nephrectomy.

65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Renal cancer patients who are candidates for nephron-sparing surgery; 2.Patients with an expected total warm ischemia time of over 20 minutes; 3.Patients who understand and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not suitable for nephron-sparing surgery; 2.Patients who have undergone renal transplantation; 3.Patients with a solitary kidney; 4.Patients with recurrence after partial nephrectomy; 5.Patients with a short expected lifespan; 6.Patients for whom the physician does not recommend this treatment regimen due to other reasons.
