Interventions

(a) Static balance training group combined with hand training:(1) 5-10 minutes of activities and warm-up sessions (including wrist, hip, shoulder, knee and ankle range of motion exercises)
(2) 15-minute static balance training session (including standing on both feet, standing on one foot, and standing back and forth on both feet)
(3) 10-minute hand training session (including finger exercises, acupressure stimulation and finger relaxation phase).
(b) Dynamic balance training group combined with hand training:(1) 5-10 minutes of activities and warm-up sessions (including wrist, hip, shoulder, knee and ankle range of motion exercises)
(2) 25-minute dynamic balance training sessions (including normal gait, narrow gait, overlapping gait and standing gait with both feet in front and back)
(c) Static-dynamic balance training group combined with hand training:(1) 5-10 minutes of activities and warm-up sessions (including wrist, hip, shoulder, knee and ankle range of motion exercises)
(3) 25-minute dynamic balance training sessions (including normal gait, narrow gait, overlapping gait and standing gait with both feet in front and back)
and (4) a 10-minute hand training session (including finger exercises, acupressure stimulation and finger relaxation phases).
Control group:Community health education and general exercise guidance are held once every 2 weeks, for a total of 8 sessions. The intervention time is 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 6 months of residence in rural areas=; Age= 65 years; Able to walk independently; No comprehension, hearing, or visual impairments, able to communicate effectively with researchers; Informed consent to the content of the intervention, and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, or other psychiatric disorders; Suffering from acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, poorly controlled arrhythmia and other diseases; Fractures, etc., in the past month.
