Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anthracycline-based chemotherapy; 2. Patients requiring targeted drug therapy; 3. LVEF > 50% before treatment; 4. The ultrasonic image is clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of myocardial infarction or congenital heart disease; 2. LVEF< 50% before antineoplastic therapy; 3. Poor image quality.
