Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We selected 160 pediatric patients aged 3 months to 6 years old, with ASA I-III, and without hearing impairments or histories of mental illness, who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital between February 2025 and May 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pediatric patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological diseases, hearing impairments, histories of mental illness, or who are currently undergoing other psychotherapy will be excluded.
