Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly people who live in rural areas for a long time and live alone for 6 months or more = 60 years old; (2) Clear consciousness, normal language expression and communication skills, and cooperate with investigation and evaluation; (3) The study subjects voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form before being evaluated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who suffer from serious acute and chronic diseases that affect their normal life; (2) Those who suffer from deafness, aphasia or are unable to communicate normally due to other serious physical diseases; (3) Patients with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE<= score 9) and patients with severe mental illness.
