18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 45 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Diagnosed with acute, primary anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical examinations; 3.Scheduled to undergo arthroscopic surgical reconstruction; 4.Willing to accept random allocation to treatment groups; 5.With stable vital signs, capable of cooperating with rehabilitation training, and willing to sign the informed consent form for participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Existing musculoskeletal diseases that affect lower limb movement. 2.Patients with combined meniscus tear and cartilage injury. 3.A history of anterior cruciate ligament injury in the contralateral knee joint. 4.Any condition that, in the opinion of the researcher, may harm the subject or prevent the subject from meeting or performing the study requirements.
