18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients =35 and <95 years of age; (2) preoperative cranial magnetic brain examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis >=50%; (2) Have MRI contraindications or cannot tolerate MRI imaging; (3) Mental disorder or severe dementia before surgery, MMSE score < 10 points; (4) Preoperative MRI showed the presence of other brain diseases (such as brain tumor, stroke, multiple sclerosis, central nervous system infection and sequelae); (5) Have other diseases that may lead to dementia; (6) Preoperative MRI showed hippocampal and temporal lobe atrophy exceeding grade II, indicating that Alzheimer's disease may occur; (7) Malignant tumors with poor prognosis such as pancreatic cancer, gallbladder cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma.
