Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bacteremia or urinary tract infection: 1) Patients who are diagnosed with bacteremia or urinary tract infection by laboratory examination in outpatient or inpatient patients; 2) Be aware of their own condition and voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Healthy Patients: 1) Normal people who come to the hospital for health check-up; 2) Voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bacteremia or urinary tract infection: 1) Presence of other infectious diseases (including viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, etc.); 2) The serum sample obviously showed lipidemia, turbidity, pollution, etc. 2. Healthy Patients: 1) Presence of any organic or infectious diseases (including bacterial, viral, mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, etc.); 2) There are obvious abnormalities in other laboratory examination indicators; 3) The serum sample obviously had lipidemia, turbidity, pollution, etc.
