Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of participants will be as follows: (1) individuals aged = 65 years old; (2) those who lived in Wanli Sub-district for no less than 6 months; (3) those who could communicate and cooperate normally; and (4) those with whom clarify the content and purpose of the investigation were clarified and those who signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria will be as follows: (1) individuals with mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; (2) those who are unable to complete the preliminary screening questionnaire; (3) those who are unable to submit stool samples; (4) individuals with acute enteritis or severe ischemic diseases.
