Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) diagnosed by bone marrow morphology and immunophenotyping (in line with WHO 2016 diagnostic criteria), including newly treated AML, secondary AML (MDS/MPN transformation AML and treatment-related AML) and relapsed AML; (2) Age <60 years old ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other serious medical conditions that may limit participation in the trial (e.g., advanced infection, uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac insufficiency or angina, severe liver dysfunction, etc.); (2) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; (3) Inability to understand or follow the research protocol; (4) Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
