Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)ge between 15 and 55 years; 2)All patients must have isolated anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears; 3)All patients must have knee degeneration < KL II degree and intraoperative cartilage damage < ICRS III degree; 4)All patients with isolated ACL tears must not have associated injuries to other ligaments; 5)If there is concurrent meniscal injury, the proportion of medial or lateral meniscus resection during surgery cannot exceed 40%; 6)The duration of the patient's condition must be within 1 year post-injury; 7)No restrictions on body weight; 8)The cause of the ACL tear must be due to sports trauma or twisting injuries, excluding injuries from car accidents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1)Patients with other surgical contraindications; 2)Patients with poor compliance; 3)Patients with conditions such as hypothyroidism or periodontitis that may increase the risk of postoperative infection; 4)Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
