Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were 12-18 years old and were the first episode; 2. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder and are currently in a state of depressive episode; 3. NSSI patients meeting DSM-5 criteria for depressive disorder; 4. No antibiotics, steroids, probiotics or psychiatric medication in the past 2 weeks; 5. Being right-handed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or past presence of other mental disorders; 2. Combined organic brain diseases, brain trauma, etc. 3. Women who are menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. suffering from diseases affecting thyroid function (such as primary hypothyroidism); 5. Previous history of suicide attempt (self-harm with the purpose of ending life); 6. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form or withdraw halfway.
