self-administered acupressure:In addition to routine postpartum care, participants will perform SAA targeting three acupoints: Danzhong (CV17), Rugen (ST18), and Shaoze (SI1). Techniques include knead
control group:Participants in the control group will receive routine postpartum lactation support, including: 1) breastfeeding guidance upon returning to the postpartum ward
2) health education from trained lactation nurses at discharge
3) follow-ups at discharge, day 14, day 42, 3 months, and 6 months postpartum.

18 Years to 49 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. willing to breastfeed; 3. experiencing challenges in breastmilk production within 48 hours postpartum, and diagnosed with IBMS within 3-5 days post-delivery; 4. demonstrating effective sucking behavior during rooming-in care, as clinically validated by healthcare providers; 5. singleton pregnancy; 6. neonates with Apgar scores >= 8 at 1 and 5 minutes; 7. able to read and complete questionnaires independently in Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, heart disease, liver or kidney diseases, or postpartum hemorrhage); 2. severe breastfeeding-related complications, such as serious infections, mastitis, or nipple fissures that could lead to breastfeeding failure; 3. breast abnormalities or contraindications for breastfeeding; 4. concurrent participation in other lactation-related interventions.
