Left Stellate Ganglion Block Group:Receive left stellate ganglion block and general anesthesia.
Right Stellate Ganglion Block Group:Receive right stellate ganglion block and general anesthesia.
Control Group:Only receiving general anesthesia, without stellate ganglion block procedure.

30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 30–70 years;2.ASA classification: II–III;3.BMI: 18.5–24 kg/m^2;4.Patients scheduled for double-lumen endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications (allergy to local anesthetics, infection around the;puncture site, coagulation disorders);2.Patients with failed stellate ganglion block;3.Patients with a history of heart failure or cerebrovascular accidents;4.Patients with a history of analgesic dependence;5.Patients with mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, or those unable to communicate and cooperate;6.Patients unable to comply with the study.
