Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe burns upon admission (TBSA > 20%); 2. Age over 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No biochemical indicators (AST, ALT, bilirubin, etc.) tested within 72 hours of admission; 2. Significant missing data (age, weight, gender, inhalation injury, TBSA, full-thickness burns, survival status, etc.); 3. Severe chest, abdominal, or cranial injuries; 4. Hospitalization less than 24 hours; 5. Patients admitted more than 7 days after the burn injury; 6. Patients with severe liver disease, coagulation disorders, or malignant tumor complications; 7. Patients using corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide, or those with severe immunosuppressive conditions; 8. Hospitalization time < 48 hours; 9. Missing medical records;
