Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old, regular hemodialysis >= 3 months, dialysis frequency >= 3 times/week 2. Those who are able to perform general physical exercise 3. The FRAIL scale score >= 3 point 4. Clear consciousness and smooth communication 5. Those who are willing to cooperate with the informed consent of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (such as myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.); 2. Acute infections, surgeries, and trauma; 3. Participating in other rehabilitation training.
