Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Distal radius fracture with low-energy injury, with or without ulnar styloid fracture; 2. Age: Female over 55 years old; 3. Patients with distal radius fracture fixed with closed reduction plaster cast within 2 weeks of fracture; 4. The patient signs the informed consent form; The subjects in this study were included in the group by orthopedic surgeons after physical examination and imaging evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving rehabilitation treatment (acupuncture, physiotherapy, occupational or physical therapy) in other places at the same time; 2. Patients with distal radius fracture after surgery; 3. Central nervous system diseases (such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis); 4. Multiple fractures and diseases of the upper limb osteoarticular system, such as frozen shoulder, lower ulnar-radial dislocation, tendon rupture, vascular injury, etc.; 5. Patients with cognitive impairment, dyslexia and visual impairment; 6. Patients who are recommended by orthopedic surgeons and refuse surgery.
