50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged between 50 and 80 years old; 2 Meeting the diagnostic criteria of NIA-AA for Alzheimer's disease (AD); 3 Moderate patients with a score of 11 <= MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) <= 26; 4 Subjects with an education level above primary school and able to complete the required scale assessments; 5 Confirmed as AD-induced dementia through PET (Positron Emission Tomography) or cerebrospinal fluid examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any other diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; 2 Excluding other diseases that affect the nervous system, including nervous system infections, epilepsy, and systemic diseases affecting the function of the nervous system, etc.; 3 Unable to cooperate with cognitive examinations; 4 Having contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations.
