Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range: Select 100 teenagers aged 12-18. In addition, it meets the diagnostic criteria for mild TBI developed by the Working Group of the Collaborating Centre for NeuroTrauma of the World Health Organization: i. The presence of one or more of the following symptoms: mental confusion or disorientation, loss of consciousness for 30 minutes or less, temporary seizures within a coma of less than 24 hours, local nerve damage, intracranial lesions that do not require surgery; ii. The Glasgow Coma score is 13-15. Inclusion criteria also included: no more than 72 hours from the time of the outpatient visit or admission to the hospital, and no audio-visual impairment or intellectual problems before the trauma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: the above symptoms of drug or alcohol-induced injury, a history of immediate brain trauma, a history of brain surgery, a history of mental or neurological problems, a history of mental illness in a first-degree relative, and use of psychotropic drugs within the last three months; A history of alcohol dependence or drug abuse; There are metal implants in the body, there are MRI scanning contraindications.
