Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Physical status I to II; 2 Adults between the ages of 18-70, body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 25; 3 The patient is mentally normal and can communicate normally; ?Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) people with respiratory or circulatory disorders; (2) people who are allergic to the study drug; (3) people with coronary heart disease, tuberculosis, liver failure and other important organ diseases; (4) people with acute cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases; (5) people with malignant tumors; (6) pregnant or breastfeeding women or people who have a plan to have children in the near future.
