Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical Manifestations: Primary symptoms include low back pain localized between the costal margin and gluteal fold, with or without referred lower limb pain. Pain duration exceeds 3 months to exclude acute self-limiting low back pain. Age Range: Participants aged 18 years or older were included. Imaging Examination: Radiographic examinations (X-ray, CT, or MRI) excluded specific pathological causes of low back pain (e.g., fractures, tumors, infections). Patient Consent:Participants were required to fully comprehend and sign an informed consent form, voluntarily agreeing to participate in the study or treatment protocol, and committing to complete all assessments and follow-up procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe underlying diseases: Patients suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors and other systemic diseases. Mental illnesses: Patients with a history of mental illnesses that have not been effectively controlled, such as schizophrenia, severe depression, cognitive impairment, etc. Pregnant or lactating women: During these two special periods, the physiological state of women's bodies is unique. Factors such as hormonal changes and changes in body center of gravity may lead to low back pain. History of recent lumbar trauma or surgery: Patients with severe lumbar trauma within the past three months are excluded. Other pain - related diseases: Patients with rheumatic and immunological diseases that can cause low back pain, such as fibromyalgia syndrome and polymyalgia rheumatica, as well as patients with neuropathic pain - related diseases. History of substance abuse: Patients with a history of drug abuse or alcohol dependence.
